Terms & Conditions*
- I am adopting the pet described below through Buzz Rescue Group. The pet is being adopted as a companion and will live as a family member with me inside my home. I will not allow the pet to be used for purposes of vivisection or experimentation.
- I will provide proper and sufficient, food, water, shelter and kind treatment for the pet at all times. I further agree the cat will not be chained at any time as a means of restraint or be a primarily outside cat.
